For over 30 years Mike has served in various leadership positions with vision and entrepreneurial backbone. For a decade he was part of an executive leadership team as Vice President of Global Operations for a church denomination as it expanded from 95 to 145 nations. Mike has also served as a Police Officer, YMCA CEO, Global Mission Executive, Executive Pastor, University Professor, College Founder and Administrator, Academic Accreditation Evaluator and Community Entrepreneur having started four businesses. Mike has four earned college degrees: Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, Bachelor of Theology, MBA in International Development and Non-Profit Management, Ph.D. in Missiology (Cultural Anthropology) with emphasis on Global Leadership Structures. Mike has been married to Roxanne for 37 years. Together they have four grown children and five grandchildren.
